LifeStart Announces First Location in Atlanta in Partnership with Zeller Realty Group

LifeStart, the nation’s leading amenity services partner to Class A office buildings, today announced its newest location at Resurgens Plaza in Atlanta, GA. This is the fourth location for LifeStart and Zeller Realty Group, continuing to expand their partnership.

“The Atlanta market is very attractive for office investors, with sustained employment growth supporting the demand for more office space” said Mike Flanagan, CEO of LifeStart. “With added space, there will be more competition for tenants and amenities and activity-based workplaces will be necessary to attract and retain those tenants.”

LifeStart will manage and operate the building’s fitness center and curate engaging programming for the tenants of Resurgens Plaza, a trophy office building situated at 945 East Paces Ferry Road NE in Buckhead, including themed classes, health fairs, nutrition seminars, charity rides and more. LifeStart will add a diverse group exercise program with classes ranging from yoga and meditation to high intensity interval training, boot camps and cycling. The company also creates a social hub within the building’s fitness center through semi-private group training classes. In addition to small group training and group fitness classes, LifeStart will offer one-on-one personal training sessions led by certified and veteran experts within the fitness industry.
