LifeStart Extends Management Services to Milwaukee

LifeStart has entered into a managed service agreement with Cushman Wakefield for their comprehensive 12,000 square foot fitness amenity at 777 E. Wisconsin located in downtown Milwaukee. LifeStart was engaged to assume the management of the amenity in order to increase utilization by enhancing the tenant experience. LifeStart will infuse their health and social-wellness programming to elevated the services and create one-of-a-kind engaging experiences.

LifeStart has proven track record of enhancing and turning around struggling operations through innovative curated programming and sound management services.

In addition to the fitness center management services, LifeStart will also be activating the building with a customized version of the Rise Buildings App. The App will provide the tenants of the building with an integrated centralized portal for amenity offerings and programs. Now both tenants and members alike will have one app for all the amenity offerings in the building, from fitness, to food service and from pop-up events, to scheduled building events, tenants will be able to have access to everything on one App. The App will also provide links to all the onsite vendors in the building in one convenient location.

The addition of LifeStart’s added services and the Rise Buildings App will allow the 777 E. Wisconsin location to build a tenant community that supports the building brand.
