We are looking for passionate, engaging General Managers to build an amazing community for our members, as well as the tenants or employees of the clients we service.

As a General Manager with LifeStart, your day will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Engage members, tenants, and employees, while building a health and wellness community like none other through club programming, member events, tenant/employee events. Be as creative as you can be!


• Act as on-site liaison to the client. Build and strong working relationship with property management, concierge services, and/or employer contacts


• Conduct personal training and group training sessions, as well as teach group fitness classes. A true passion for being a hands-on fitness professional is a must!


• Assure maintenance of a safe and clean fitness experience through all aspects of the club by working alongside your housekeeping team onsite


• Conduct membership tours, building value in our facilities, programs, and yourself as a trainer


• Enroll new members and conduct MyStart consultations or program evaluations to increase value and attain personal training and group training clients


• Facilitate wellness programming for corporate accounts and tenant companies, as well as maintenance of corporate membership accounts


• Provide coaching, leadership, and development of your team members


• Complete assigned administrative duties, such as budget/variance reports, scheduling, ordering, and payroll

• Loves delivering the fitness experience through one-on-one and group training, as well as teaching group classes.


• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Exercise Science or Kinesiology.


• NASM, ACSM, or NSCA Personal Training Certification.


• Experience in leading others and developing a TEAM atmosphere.
