With home and heart in Southern Louisiana, Ryan Robert grew up exploring any and all that he could get himself into. Finding his way into art, music, travel, fitness, and the outdoors, Ryan wanted to share his interests with others and initially made his way towards education. After teaching for 11 years both domestically and internationally, Ryan has found specific inspiration and purpose through health, wellness, and fitness. Now, he has dedicated his efforts to exploring his passion and wants to empower others to discover that they are capable of more than they even know.

Skye Bryant has a BS in Exercise Physiology. She brings over 12 years of experience within the fitness industry from medical exercise to sport performance. Skye obtained her MS in Sport Management from LSU, transitioning to managing wellness centers where she trained and developed the next generation of Exercise Physiologists. Growing up in the small town of Bayou Chicot, Skye moved to New Orleans after high school. She relocated to Ohio for 2 years but is happy to be back home where the sun shines and the people are warm!

Liz Knowles

Liz grew up in New Orleans, played softball competitively all throughout high school. After graduating high school she pursued the Athletic Training program at LSU where she was fortunate enough to work with the Track and Field and Football team for 3 years. During this time she became very passionate about about fitness. Liz started competing in CrossFit , Olympic Weightlifting, then found herself falling in love with Bodybuilding.

After graduating from LSU she decided to no longer pursue sports medicine and fully invest her time in learning about sports nutrition. Liz became extremely passionate about strength training in all realms of fitness, she loves helping individuals reach their own individual goals, and being a part of their fitness journey.

Pam Graef

Personal Trainer & Group Exercise INstructor

Certfied Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Zumba, Pilates

Pam Graef has been dedicated to the fitness industry since 1988. What started out as a fun, part time job, as a Group Exercise Instructor, turned into a full-time career. Pam took her passion into competition that produced numerous awards, including a National Bronze Medal in the 1999 National Aerobic Championships, NPC Best Routine award, and several top State and National placings in NPC Fitness competitions. More recently she appeared in the feature film “Bad Moms” as the Zumba teacher, and currently is training and practicing for her second audition for America's Got Talent, with her Performance Fitness routines. Pam’s foundation as a fitness professional is strong and deep, built on her tenacity and resolve: to always improve and get stronger, to always bring fun and excitement to her classes, and commitment to her students and clients. Her love of fitness, the motivation and the excitement she brings, delivers a workout experience that keeps participants coming back for more, and drives them to commit, work harder, and achieve their goals.
