With home and heart in Southern Louisiana, Ryan Robert grew up exploring any and all that he could get himself into. Finding his way into art, music, travel, fitness, and the outdoors, Ryan wanted to share his interests with others and initially made his way towards education. After teaching for 11 years both domestically and internationally, Ryan has found specific inspiration and purpose through health, wellness, and fitness. Now, he has dedicated his efforts to exploring his passion and wants to empower others to discover that they are capable of more than they even know.

Liz has had a passion for fitness for as long as she can remember. Growing up playing softball she always pushed her teammates to make healthier choices to optimize performance. Liz attended LSU where she studied sports medicine and worked as student Athletic Trainer for both the LSU Football and Track and Field teams. During her time in college, Liz also competed and nationally qualified in the NPC as a figure and bikini competitor. After graduating Liz decided to pursue her love for fitness by starting her own Sculpt programming in various CrossFit gyms throughout Louisiana. Liz truly loves helping people push to become the best version of their self through health and fitness.
Amanda is a recent Viginia Commonwealth University graduate where she studied Exercise Science and Psychology. During her time at VCU, she worked in the recreation center as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and program assistant. She was a strength & conditioning coach for the Men’s Rugby Club, and has worked with individuals of various ages and fitness backgrounds.
Amanda first gained interest in fitness & wellness when she ended her time as a competitive dancer and was looking for a new avenue to explore. She began her journey with a 200-hr yoga teacher training, and from there, picked up new formats and skill sets along the way. She grew a great passion for learning more and helping others on their health journey through fitness.
