Mike is an Illinois State University Graduate and Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for health and exercise. Mike has been a regular participant in organized sports and fitness events his entire life,. Mike is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through movement and health education. Besides fitness, Mike's top interests include golf, chicago sports, and spending time outdoors.

Jordyn graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science in 2022. She originally wanted to be a math teacher until she discovered her love for fitness. She changed her degree to Exercise Science where she learned about Corporate fitness. During her free time she enjoys golfing, jogging, and lifting weights. She’s passionate about helping others reach their goals and finding their favorite workouts
