Brian Gardner

FITNESS CENTER MANAGER

Master's Degree in Kinesiology Concentration in Human Performance

Brian became a fitness professional after his father passed away prematurely in his mid-fifties from a heart aneurysm. His father had lived an unhealthy lifestyle, and the death was a wake-up call for Brian. Brian decided to change his ways and became a certified personal trainer in 2008. Brian also completed a master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in human performance. He saw firsthand how exercise could improve people's health and lives. With over 15 years of experience, Brian is still as passionate about fitness as ever.

“Training should have a practical and functional aspect that improves people's quality of life and enables them to perform better. I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential through fitness. I believe that everyone can benefit from exercise, regardless of their age, or fitness level. I am committed to providing my clients with the best possible training and support to help them achieve their goals.”
