Since its founding in 1991, LifeStart has served companies and helped people to be and perform their best. We've built a national portfolio of corporate wellness programs, corporate fitness centers, and integrated wellness hubs.

Since joining forces with WTS International in 2020, Lifestart has expanded into overall elevated hospitality service, conferencing services, and luxury amenity consulting and management for hotels, resorts, office towers and residential communities.

For over fifteen years, Scott Krosnowski, has been extensively involved in the financial and information technology operations for resort, residential and private club spas and fitness centers throughout the United States and abroad.

Scott specializes in spa and fitness accounting, forecasting and financial reporting. His expertise ranges from constructing financial budgets for new facilities in their pre-opening stages to auditing and recommending growth strategies for existing properties.

In addition, he is responsible for site software selection, specifically client and staff systems that provide data and reports essential to efficient spa and health club management. Scott works closely with our clients and staff, ranging from architects and developers to general managers and spa directors, to develop and implement the most appropriate and cost effective financial and information technology systems and procedures. Scott graduated from the American University in Washington D.C. with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with focus in Accounting and Finance.

Mike has more than 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, working in the fields of medical-based therapy and corporate wellness. Mike was integral in the development of the My Health IQ program, which was recognized by the National Health, Wellness, and Prevention Congress as one of the Most Innovative Consumer Driven Health Care Programs, and was later sold to Healthways in 2005.

After the sale of My Health IQ, Mike took the lead as President of LifeStart and reshaped the company around an expanded vision and business model. As CEO, Mike is responsible for guiding the development, strategy, and execution of the core business model.

Mike holds a B.S. in Exercise and Rehabilitation from Illinois State University, a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois, and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is currently on leave from his Ph.D. program in Curriculum and Instruction from DePaul University.

Scott is a technology entrepreneur and software architect specializing in the rapid conversion of entrepreneurial ideas into elegant commercial products.

In 1998, Scott founded the software development practice at Spirian Technologies, a deployment-automation firm that was sold in 2003 to SecureInfo. He then architected and led the development of My Health IQ, an employee-wellness platform which was acquired by Healthways in 2005.

Scott also co-founded ContactLiving, a technology startup providing mobile app technology for the geriatric-care segement, and Helios Health Technologies, a data-analytics startup specializing in the identification of unclaimed medical reimbursements.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University.

Chris Griebe is a graduate of the Organizational Leadership MBA program at Grand Canyon University and earned a masters degree in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics from University of California, Fullerton. Chris has been working in the public and private health and wellness fields for over 20 years. He began his career as a personal trainer with a passion for wellness and improving clients' lifestyles. Over the years he has been managing multi-site wellness centers, private clubs, hospital systems, and national fitness resorts with expertise in large-scale, multi-site organizational management, new business acquisition, team transition, and operational efficiency.

Susan started as a marketing intern with WTS in 1996. After graduating from Penn State with a degree in Marketing and International business, Susan immediately began working as a WTS Fitness Director within the Hilton Corporation, while pursuing a master's degree in Health Fitness Management. In 2000, Susan moved to the U.S. Virgin Islands to become the Fitness and Spa Director for the Westin Resort St. John. From there, Susan went on to become the Director of Spa Services for the Sanderling Spa, a Condé Nast Gold winner. After successfully completing the million dollar expansion of the Sanderling Spa, Susan became a regional account executive for WTS in North Carolina. From this role, Susan easily made the transition to WTS' Vice President, Spa Division.

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the leisure, lifestyle and recreation industry, Amy Gallogly has been with WTS International since 2007. Having held multiple positions with the firm including roles as a Lifestyle Director, Regional Operations Manager and most recently, Corporate Operations Director, Amy now oversees the Lifestyle Division. She has worked in a variety of sectors including luxury hi-rise developments, active adult communities, private clubs, non-profits, hotels and resorts, and more. She has extensive experience working with HOA's and community boards.

Amy's primary focus is to ensure that community's lifestyle programming offers residents and guests a fun, safe and community-centric environment to gather, exercise, socialize, engage nature and more. As the Vice President of the Lifestyle Division, Amy oversees and assists her talented team of Directors with all aspects of operations, tailoring service and programming to best take advantage of each property's unique amenities. Amy works closely with clients to implement successful lifestyle programming aimed at engaging all residents, guests and members.

Amy graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism.

Danny entered the fitness industry a decade ago, driven by a dedication to health and fitness and a passion for helping clients reach their full potential. Originally from Detroit, he moved to Chicago specifically to help develop the LifeStart service offering. He has developed commercial and corporate fitness facilities in all capacities, including business development, facility design, construction, and club operations.

Danny has been active in competitive athletics throughout his entire life, participating at the junior, collegiate, national, and professional levels. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Science.

As WTS's in-house attorney, John leverages over a decade of corporate governance experience to provide counsel on all aspects of WTS's operations. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law, John began his career working under general counsel at an international business-to-business payment firm in Washington, DC. Later, he co-founded his own legal practice and served as outside counsel to dozens of business clients from an array of industries. John then consolidated his experience into the role of WTS General Counsel, in which he drafts and negotiates the company's many diverse contracts; oversees insurance and litigation; counsels on long-term strategic planning; and manages company-wide compliance with state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to facility operations and human resources.

David has 12 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, working in both owner and occupier services, as well as flex workspace. He previously worked as the Director of Acquisitions for Convene, where he was responsible for expanding their portfolio of flexible workspaces and conferencing locations across the United States.

Prior to joining Convene, David was the Vice President of Leasing for Himmel & Meringoff Properties where he oversaw the company's leasing efforts of their 2 Million square foot portfolio. He has also worked for Newmark Knight Frank and Avison Young.

David is a member of REBNY, Young Mens and Womens Real Estate Association of New York and LIBOR. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children in his hometown of Melville, NY.

Samantha has 10 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, working in both owner and occupier services, as well as flex workspace. She previously worked as the Director of Corporate Memberships for the Wing, driving their focus on corporate engagement and employee access to flexible space.
Prior to joining the Wing, Samantha was the Director of Enterprise Business Development for WeWork where she oversaw the Mid-Atlantic region, before moving to their corporate HQ in NYC. She played an integral part in bringing Enterprise services to the market place and introducing flexible custom solutions to large office occupiers. She has also worked for Newmark Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield.
Samantha is an ambassador for Global Vision International, where she works abroad teaching English and Women's Empowerment in underserved communities. While she is not working, she enjoys playing tennis and traveling.

Nick earned a BA in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and has over 15 years of sales & marketing experience in the hospitality industry. His career started as an intern with W Hotels in Chicago which led him to leadership roles within the hotel industry.

Nick has worked with leading hotel companies including Starwood and Hyatt Hotels. He was recognized multiple times with Hyatt's top sales distinction and nominated in 2018 by HSMAI Illinois as Chicago's Best New Director of Sales. Having led sales teams at The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place and The Talbott Hotel, his background provides a unique blend of business acumen, account development, and understanding the importance of creating unique guest experiences.

Nick is based out of Chicago where he informs new hospitality clients about the design consulting and operational services WTS International can provide to their guests.

Grace is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach who completed her BS in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration of Dietetics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She progressed in the field of dietetics, completing her dietetic internship at Tulane University. Grace is a current member of the Chicago Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as a member of the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Practice Group through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Grace has a passion for educating others on nutrition and teaching her clients how to properly fuel their bodies through creating a healthy relationship with food. Using motivational interviewing, she is able to help her clients achieve their health goals through developing lasting lifestyle habits. In addition to her love for food and nutrition, Grace also has a passion for fitness. Her certifications include NASM Personal Trainer, Intrinsic Biomechanics, Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor, and TRX Suspension Training.

Dean graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and a focus in Exercise Science. Dean started his career in the fitness industry, working his way up from fitness sales to senior management at one of the largest commercial fitness companies in the Chicago region. During this time, he sharpened his skillset in all aspects of fitness management and prides himself on being able to assess a club's strengths and weaknesses, then implement a game plan to maximize its full potential.

Prior to starting his career with LifeStart, Dean spent a year working directly with a sports chiropractic physician, transitioning his chiropractic practice into a wellness center encompassing chiropractic care, rehabilitative training, performance training, and group exercise classes.

Dean has had a passion for health and wellness since a very young age and strives to utilize what he has learned to develop fitness professionals and in turn provide a quality experience for members.

Josh is graduate of Monmouth College in Monmouth, IL. He comes to LifeStart with over 15 years of health and fitness experience. From being a fitness director of 30,000 to 90,000 sqft facilities, a Crossfit Coach, and a USA Triathlon Coach, he has lead teams of 25+ staff members to meet and exceed their goals.

He holds a B.A. in Public Relations and is certified through NASM, TRX, Power Plate, and Crossfit (CF L1). His motto for health and fitness is simple: "Start today, it won't be any easier tomorrow."

Chad graduated from North Central College in Naperville, IL in 1996, where he also completed as a collegiate athlete. He joined LifeStart in 2018 with more than 24 years of fitness leadership experience, nationally and internationally as a Fitness Director, General Manager, and Regional General Manager.

Chad has managed multi-purpose, hospital-based, commercial, and corporate fitness clubs alike, acquiring a wide spectrum of knowledge, experience and success throughout the industry.

He holds a B.A. in Fitness Management, with a minor in Business Administration and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist. His true passion is in providing and facilitating an amazing member experience while playing a role in improving their health and wellness on a day to day basis.
